Executive Chef Sean Clark is a native of Asheville NC, and an industry veteran. Chef Sean has been mastering his creativity and culinary craft for more than 20 years. He’s now passionate about taking those learnings and turning them into restaurant concepts, operations, and experiences, creating avenues of opportunity for others to learn and grow inside and outside the industry.

Denson joined the Cellared Roots team in the spring of 2022 to lead the opening of Sorella Vicina, Phillip Coopers third concept. Boyd executes with very clear goals to lead and coach on how to delver balanced results in both a fiscal role of the business as much as exemplifying the cultural qualities of having a servant's heart and always displaying the passion to serve guests. As a tenured proprietor and former managing partner of Ted's Montana Grill, Boyd is experienced in the multi-faceted responsibilities required to successfully deliver quality along with authenticity and hospitality. In his well-rounded restaurant career, he has been recognized as a leader in fundraising for Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry campaign; leading teams with the lowest turnover rate for a five-year period; and achieving Longhorn President's Club for multiple years. An alum of SCAD, southern hospitality comes naturally to Denson. When not at work, he can be found riding his Harley through the north Georgia mountains tinkering with his 1955 Lincoln, or playing with his beloved dogs.

Owner, restauranteur, and sommelier, Phillip “Coop” Cooper has been providing culinary experiences in North Metro Atlanta for more than a decade. Certified with the Court of Master Sommeliers, Coop is inspired by his extensive travels throughout Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. This has formed his perspective on wine and the restaurant experience, providing a distinct blend of sensibilities in taste and style.
